Q: Can my existing processes be used with Q-perfect?
A: Yes. However, the Q-perfect system may need to be customised to include any additional record fields or work flow steps required by your processes.

A: No, certification is not awarded to a system, but is awarded to a company and takes into account the scope of the company's activities. Q-perfect enables certification. Perficio Product Development is an ISO 9001:2008 certified company using the Q-perfect quality management system.
A: Yes, Q-perfect has been formally validated against ISO 9001:2008.
A: Q-perfect can be deployed within weeks. Two training cycles are provided over an elapsed time of 8 weeks. Product development and project management practices may, however, take several project cycles to fully mature. Q-perfect provides a new culture to your company and should be seen as a strategic investment.
