Perficio Product Development provides electronic quality management systems to our clients who are engaged in product development in the life sciences space such as medical devices. We have developed Q-perfect, a sophisticated quality management system, which is easy to use and does not require training on new programs or systems. Q-perfect has been certified to EN ISO 13485:2016 on multiple occasions. We employ Q-perfect in our own organisation which has enabled us to gain ISO 9001:2015 certification.

Our History
Marshall Instruments Pty Ltd was incorporated in 1996 to commercialise ultra violet light metering systems for use in phototherapy. Now trading as Perficio Product Development, the principals of the business have participated in a wide variety of projects including the development of heart pumps, cochlea electrodes, limb perfusion systems, stroke rehabilitation systems, e-commerce payment systems, telecommunications systems, rail signalling systems, transportation control systems and secure wide area networks.

Steve Marshall GDipPM, PMP, MAIPM
Chief Executive Officer
Steve has over 30 years of extensive experience in the medical device and telecommunications industries.
He has a proven track record in the effective and successful management of numerous product and system development projects including implantable medical devices, e-commerce terminals, SCADA (supervisory control and data acquisition) system development, and cryptology-based secure data communications equipment.
Leanne Maslen MM
Leanne is a highly experienced and successful senior executive. She has a strong track record in administration and project management. Before joining Perficio, Leanne was the Corporate Affairs Director at the NSW National Trust and during her comprehensive career she also worked as private secretary to the Hon Bob Brown MP, Minister for Land Transport, during the fourth Hawke government. Leanne has a Master of Management from the University of Technology Sydney.
Keesha Dela Cruz BSc(IT)

Software Engineer
Experienced and self-motivated, Keesha brings valuable industry experience and a passion for software engineering to Perficio. Keesha is proficient in a variety of platforms and languages and is adept in Agile Development Methodology and other advanced development technologies, tools and processes, contributing to the design and rollout of software applications. Keesha has a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and a former Microsoft Student Partner at Microsoft.
